That was a Craaaker! Loads of motorists waiting patiently at crossing gates, bless them. Took around four hours to get a rail repair team out to see to the gates after a lightening strike took several gates out.

There was a clap of thunder right outside our kitchen window, and the lightning lit up our whole place. I don't think I've ever seen and heard it so loud and bright, but I guess that was because it was so close.
